R. K. Photoguide

You can find R. K. Photoguide inside the Tajmahal Hotel Building over in Gandhinagar. We are at number 11 on the 5th Main. It’s a busy area and the building has been there for ages. We do a lot of different things related to photos here. Sometimes it's passport pictures, other times people bring in old cameras that stopped working or they need some prints made from their phones. The space is a bit tight with all the equipment and frames leaning against the walls. We’ve been working out of this spot for a long time. It gets a little crowded when a few customers come in at once because the counter takes up most of the room. We keep the printers running most of the day. You might hear them humming if you walk past our door. Dealing with lighting and lenses takes up most of our focus. It’s not a glamorous job, just steady work that needs a good eye. People coming to the hotel often stop by if they forgot something for their own cameras. We know the 5th Main area pretty well since we've seen it change over the years. We just keep doing our thing, making sure the prints look right and the customers get what they asked for. It's just a regular shop where we take our work seriously, day in and day out, without any big fuss or complicated systems.
