Chamunda Fabrics

We are over at No. 77/1 on 2Nd Main Road in Ramachandra Puram. Most people around here just call us Chamunda Fabrics. It’s a busy street with lots of other shops, so there’s always something going on outside our door. We’ve got stacks of fabric everywhere inside. It might look a bit cluttered to someone else, but we know where everything is. We spend most of our time helping people who walk in looking for specific materials. It’s a lot of folding and moving rolls around. We don't have a big fancy storefront with huge windows. It’s more of a practical space. The lighting isn't the best, but it works for seeing the colors. We’ve been in Ramachandra Puram for a long time. The neighborhood has changed, but our shop stays pretty much the same. We have a few regulars who come in every week. We don't do much advertising; word of mouth is usually enough for us. It’s just how things work in this part of town. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when a big shipment comes in, but we manage to find space. We’re usually here from morning until the sun goes down. It’s hard work, but we are used to the pace. We just keep doing what we’ve always done, day after day. It's not a complicated life, but it keeps us busy and we like it.
