Quantum Inc.

Our office is at 56, Wat Road in Basavanagudi. Quantum Inc. might sound like a big name, but it’s really just a few of us working here in this old building. Basavanagudi is a nice neighborhood, very traditional and quiet compared to the rest of the city. We’ve been here for several years now. The building has those old-fashioned windows that let in a lot of light, which is good because we spend most of our day at our desks. We handle various technical tasks and paperwork. It isn't a retail shop, so we don't get many walk-in visitors. Usually, it’s just the mailman or someone coming in for a scheduled meeting. We keep a kettle in the corner for tea, and that’s about the extent of our kitchen. The floorboards creak a little when you walk near the back office. We don't have any polished lobby or a receptionist. If the bell rings, whoever is closest to the door gets up to answer it. We like the pace here on Wat Road. It’s steady. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and head home to our families. Some of the neighbors have been here even longer than us, and it feels like a real community. If you see the number 56, that is us. We're just trying to do good work without any unnecessary noise.
