Quality Manager

We are over at 11, 1st Cross in the Anjanadri Layout of Konankunte. It’s a part of Bangalore that’s a bit away from the main rush of the city. We work as quality managers here. It’s a small operation, mostly just a few of us in an office setting. We don’t have a big company structure or any marketing people. We just focus on managing the quality standards for whatever project we are working on at the time. It involves a lot of checking, looking at reports, and sometimes having tough conversations when things aren't up to code. We’ve been at this address for a while now and we like the quiet of the layout. We aren't a big, polished business with a lot of money spent on looking good. Our office is simple and functional. We don't use any fancy business talk or make big promises. We just show up, do the checks, and make sure everything is being done the right way. It’s a straightforward job and we like it that way. We don't have a big vision for the future or anything like that. We just want to do our work well and keep our clients happy without making a big fuss about the process. It’s just a normal way to earn a living for us and we stay focused on the small details that matter.
