Qs-Billing & Tendering

We run Qs-Billing & Tendering out of Basavangudi in Bangalore. This is one of the older parts of the city, known for its big trees and traditional feel. Working here is a bit different from being in the newer IT hubs. The pace feels a little more manageable, even though the work of billing and tendering can be quite stressful with all the deadlines. Our office is a basic space where we keep our computers and all the heavy folders full of project details. Tendering involves a lot of precise numbers and paperwork, so the desks are usually a bit of a mess. We don't have a fancy website or a dedicated PR person. We just focus on getting the bids ready and making sure the billing is accurate for the jobs we handle. Basavangudi has some great old spots for coffee, and we usually head out to one of those when the work gets too much. The address is simple, and people in the area know us as the folks who handle the technical paperwork. We don't try to sound bigger than we are. It’s just a small office with a few people who know their way around a spreadsheet and a contract. We like the local vibe here and the fact that we can just be ourselves while we work. It’s a practical, no-nonsense setup for getting through the daily grind of the construction and billing world.
