Qenergia

You can find Qenergia on the first floor of building number 20. We are tucked away in the Gundappa Reddy Layout, specifically on 5th Main and 4th Cross in Ananda Nagar. This is part of the R.T Nagar Post area in Bangalore, pincode 560032. The office is in a residential-looking building, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than the big tech parks you see on the other side of town. To get to us, you just walk up the stairs to the first floor. The space is filled with the usual office things—chairs, desks, and some power cables running along the floor. Bangalore is always growing, but this little pocket of Ananda Nagar stays somewhat consistent. We spend our days dealing with energy-related tasks and whatever paperwork comes our way. It’s a small team, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. There’s no formal dress code or corporate meetings that go on for hours. We just sit down, do what needs to be done, and head home. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes it hard to get here, but once you’re inside the layout, it’s a bit quieter. We like being in this part of Bangalore because it feels more like a real neighborhood. There are small shops nearby where we grab tea during breaks. It’s just a normal workplace with a simple goal of finishing the day’s work.
