Our office is situated on the 4th floor of No-9, Lake on Tank Road. It’s a decent spot because Ulsoor Lake is right nearby, so we get a bit of a breeze sometimes. We work on various communication technologies. Mostly, that means we are setting up networks and making sure the wiring is done right for other businesses. The office itself is full of servers and tangled cables that we are always trying to straighten out. It’s a small team here. We don't have a receptionist or anything fancy like that. If the phone rings, whoever is closest just picks it up. The building is a bit older, so the lift can be temperamental, but we’ve gotten used to taking the stairs when we have to. We spend a lot of time staring at screens and troubleshooting bits of code or hardware issues. It’s a quiet place for the most part, except for the hum of the cooling fans. We usually have lunch together and talk about whatever is going on in the city. Most of our clients are from the surrounding area and have been with us for a while. We don't bother with much promotional stuff. We just focus on the technical side and making sure things stay connected. It’s a practical office for a practical set of jobs, and we like it here.
