Q.C Incharge

This is the office for the Q.C Incharge here in Bhadravathi. The person in charge is Pramod, who is the son of Beluraiah. We are located at Door No 5/81 in what everyone calls Paper Town. It’s in the Shimoga district of Karnataka. Working in Paper Town is interesting because the whole area is built around the industry. Our daily life is mostly about quality control, which means we spend a lot of time looking at details and making sure things are right. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s important for the work going on in Bhadravathi. The office is a simple room with some chairs and a desk where Pramod handles the logs. We don't have any big corporate signs out front. People just know where to find the Q.C Incharge when they need something checked. The Shimoga weather can be quite rainy, so we spend a lot of time inside the office at Door No 5/81. We don't use any fancy marketing words to describe what we do. We just do the inspections and sign the papers. It’s a small, practical operation. Most of us have lived in Bhadravathi for years, and we are used to the rhythm of Paper Town. We take our work seriously but we don't feel the need to be formal or polished about it. It’s just how we live and work here in our corner of Shimoga. It works for us.
