We work out of an office located on Cunningham Road. The specific spot is Plot No. 27/6 on Sankey Road. It’s a very busy part of the city where those two main roads meet up. Our daily life involves a lot of looking at rows of numbers and working on cost estimates for different construction projects. The office is full of calculators, spreadsheets, and thick rolls of paper blueprints. It is usually pretty quiet inside because everyone is focused on their specific tasks. Cunningham Road is known for being a bit more upscale, but our office space is very plain and practical. We have some standard desks and a few old cabinets for all our project files. We don't have any big mission statements or motivational posters on the walls. It’s just a place where we do our jobs every day. Sankey Road has a lot of cars passing by at all hours. We see the traffic jams from our windows every single afternoon. The building we are in has been around for a long time. We don't spend any money on fancy marketing or loud advertisements. Most people hear about us from other clients who have worked with us before. We spend many hours in meetings or just staring at data on our screens. It’s a standard consulting setup without any extra fluff. We drink a lot of tea to stay awake. The central location is very helpful for our work. We just handle the math.
