Pushpak Times

We've been here at Golden Plaza for a good while now. It’s in Mig II Stage, right in the heart of the Khb Colony area of Chickpet. Most folks know the building because it’s hard to miss once you’re on the main road. The shop isn't huge, but we keep it organized with all the different watches and clocks on the walls. It can get pretty busy during the festive months when everyone wants something new or needs a battery changed. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud, but inside it’s just the sound of ticking. We spend most of our mornings just dusting the glass cases and making sure everything looks right before the first person walks in. Chickpet is a crowded place, so finding a quiet corner like ours is nice for some people. We see a lot of the same faces from around the colony, neighbors mostly. They stop by just to say hello or ask the time even if they aren't buying anything today. It’s just how things go here. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a watch is broken and can’t be fixed, we just say so. No point in making things complicated. The light in the plaza is a bit dim in the evenings, but our sign stays lit up so you can find us easily. It’s a steady job and we like being part of the local scene here in Chickpet.
