We are based right here in Bangalore. Most of the time, the traffic is the biggest thing we talk about in the office because it takes everyone so long to get in. We do project work, which means a lot of coordination and phone calls. The office is pretty standard, with desks and chairs that have seen better days. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations because we are usually focused on the work at hand. It’s a lot of managing schedules and making sure the different parts of a project actually fit together. Sometimes things go wrong and we have to spend the whole day fixing a mistake that happened on-site. We’ve been in Bangalore for a good while, so we know the city and how things move here. It isn't always easy, and there are days when the stress gets a bit high. We take our lunches together mostly. It's just a group of people trying to do a decent job. We don't have a corporate handbook or anything like that. If something needs to be done, we just do it. The city keeps growing around us, and we are just one part of that. We keep the paperwork organized, or at least we try to, and we make sure the bills get paid and the work keeps moving forward. We have a couple of old fans that rattle a lot but they keep the air moving on hot afternoons.
