We are located in a spot that most locals know because it is right beside the Govindapa Kalyan. The office is associated with P.M. Siddaramiah Swamy. It’s a place where we handle our construction and project coordination. We don't have a fancy street number or a big corporate plaza. It is just a straightforward building in a familiar neighborhood. We have a few rooms where we keep our maps and project folders. Most of the day is spent talking to workers and checking on material deliveries. We have a small team here. Everyone has their own way of doing things, but it all gets done. The space is a bit cluttered with rolls of drawings and some old equipment, but we know where everything is. It’s a busy environment, especially in the mornings when the sites are starting up. We usually have people dropping by to ask about work or to deliver something. We don't have a formal waiting area. People just stand and talk or find a stool to sit on. It’s a very practical way of doing business. We’ve been in this area for quite a while now. The people around here know us and we know them. We don't do much in terms of advertising or promotion. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. It’s a simple, local operation and that is how we like to keep it. Every day is a bit different here.
