Our office is right on Infantry Road in Bangalore. We are in Flat 32 of the Shvadarshini Apartments. This area is right in the heart of the city, so it’s always busy. We have been here for several years. The apartment has been converted into a workspace where we handle our project management. It’s not like those big glass office buildings you see everywhere now. It feels more like a home that turned into an office. We have several rooms used for different things like drafting and administration. The hallway is usually lined with boxes of files and some samples of building materials. We spend a lot of our time here coordinating with our site supervisors. Infantry Road is a great location because we can get to almost any part of Bangalore fairly quickly, though the traffic is always a challenge. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one by the door. Most of our clients know where to find us. We have a modest team of people who have been with us for a long time. We mostly focus on making sure the projects are moving along as they should. There is no corporate dress code or anything like that. We just wear what is practical for the day. It’s a simple way of working, but it has worked for us so far. We just keep things moving and focus on the daily tasks without much fuss.
