Purble Estates & Holding Pvt Ltd

Our office is tucked away in Devatha Plaza on Residency Road. It is 131 Residency Road 3, to be exact. It’s a place that stays pretty busy, which is usually a good thing for a business like ours. We handle estates and holdings, which mostly means we spend our days looking at papers and talking to people who have property or want some. Purble Estates & Holding is not a huge operation with a bunch of people in suits. We are just a few folks working out of this space, trying to make sense of the local real estate market. It can get a bit loud outside with the traffic on Residency Road, but once you’re inside the plaza, it’s alright. We have been here long enough that we know most of the other people in the building. It’s a good spot because people can find us easily if they are already in the city center. Most of our work involves keeping track of different properties and making sure everything is in order. We don't have any big speeches or fancy goals. We just come in, answer the phone, and deal with whatever property issues come up that day. Sometimes it is a lot of back-and-forth with different offices, but that is just how this line of work is. We like being in this part of town and seeing familiar faces every day. It feels like home to us now, and we are happy to be here.
