Puravankara Projects

Malleswaram is one of those old-school Bangalore neighborhoods, and that’s where you’ll find our Puravankara Projects office. We’re located at No-42/8 on 5th Temple Road, right near the 15th Cross intersection. It’s a busy area with a lot of history and plenty of temples around, as the road name suggests. The office is in a building that’s been there for quite some time. We have a small crew working here. Most of the day is spent handling local project coordination. You can hear the bells from the temples and the sounds of the local market nearby. It’s a bit cramped inside because we have so many files and maps spread out on the tables. We don’t have a fancy lobby. Just some chairs for people to wait and a water cooler in the corner. We usually grab coffee from the local stalls on the corner during our breaks. The traffic on 15th Cross can be a bit much, especially in the evenings, but it's a central spot to be in. We’ve been here long enough that the postman knows us by name. It’s a practical workspace for a team that stays busy. We deal with a lot of paperwork and people dropping in for quick updates. It feels like a real part of the neighborhood rather than a detached corporate site. The building is old, but it’s home for us during the work week.
