Our office is tucked away in Jeevanbimanagar, specifically on Krishnareddy Lane. We are in the Omshakthinilaya building at number 24. It’s a bit of a quiet residential area compared to the main roads, which is nice when you’re trying to focus on project planning and numbers. Puravankara Projects has a few spots in the city, but this is where we handle a lot of the local details. The building is easy enough to spot once you get into Nanjareddy Colony. We spend most of our mornings drinking tea and going through the schedules for the week. It’s a simple setup, nothing too crazy. Just some desks, computers, and a lot of maps of the city pinned to the walls. We’ve been here in Bangalore for quite some time now, and we know this neighborhood pretty well. The lane can get a bit cramped if too many cars are parked out front, but it’s manageable for us. We don't have a big reception area or anything, just a place to work and talk about the buildings we're working on. Most of the time, we're out on the road visiting sites, but this is the home base. It’s a practical space for us. We handle the private limited side of the business from here. It feels more like a community office than a corporate headquarters, which suits us just fine. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
