Our spot is located at 60, Kadakagrahara, which is over in the Sarjapura area of Bangalore. If you know that part of town, you know it’s been growing like crazy lately. Puravankara Projects Ltd has this office set up to handle the stuff going on in this specific corridor. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here depending on where you are coming from, but it’s where the action is. The office is pretty functional. We have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and a whole lot of maps on the walls. We spend a lot of time looking at those maps and trying to make sense of the new developments. It’s a hands-on kind of place. We don’t spend much time on fancy talk; we’d rather just show you the progress on the ground. The staff here is a mix of people who have been around a long time and some newer faces who are learning the ropes. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several things happen at once, but we usually manage to pull through. We have a small kitchen area where we grab lunch and talk about things other than work for a few minutes. It’s a normal office with normal people trying to do a good job. We are right there in Sarjapura if you ever need to find us. We have a couple of extra pens if you ever need to sign something.
