We are Puravankara Projects Ltd and we are located right here in Bangalore. This city is where everything happens for us, and it’s been that way for a long time. Our office is a busy place, filled with people who know the real estate world inside and out. It’s not always pretty; sometimes there are piles of files on the floor and the coffee machine is acting up, but we get the work done. We deal with all sorts of project management tasks. A typical day involves a lot of phone calls to sites and trying to coordinate between different departments. We don’t have a lot of time for fancy corporate meetings that don’t go anywhere. Instead, we prefer to just talk across the desks and figure things out as we go. Bangalore is a big place, and it keeps growing, which keeps us on our toes. We have staff members who have been with the company since the early days, and they have seen the city change so much. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We are just a group of people who show up every morning and work until the job is finished. If you come by, you’ll see us in the middle of it all, probably arguing about a layout or checking a schedule. It’s a real environment and we like it that way. We usually keep some snacks in the drawer for when afternoons get long.
