Puravankara Projects Ltd

Down here in Belgaum, specifically in Mahantesh Nagar at Plot No 103, we’ve set up a quiet little spot for Puravankara Projects Ltd. Sector 12 is a decent area, and we like being based here in Karnataka. It’s a bit different from the big city rush of Bangalore, which is nice for a change. We handle a lot of the local coordination from this office. There’s a lot of paper moving across desks every day, mostly related to the different sites we are looking after in the region. The team is small, just a few of us who grew up around here or moved for work. We spend our mornings checking emails and then maybe heading out to see how things are looking on the ground. The building isn't hard to find once you get into Mahantesh Nagar. We have a sign out front, but it's not flashy. Most of the people who come in are local folks asking about timelines or wanting to see some plans. We don't use big words or fancy presentations. We just sit down and show you what is happening. It feels like a real workplace where things actually get done. Sometimes the internet is slow, or we run out of biscuits for the tea, but we manage. If you need to find us, we are usually there from morning until the evening. It’s a steady kind of life here in Belgaum and we appreciate the pace.
