Puravankara Projects Ltd

We’ve been here in Madivala for a while now. Most people know the area is pretty busy, and we’re just another part of the neighborhood, doing our thing at Puravankara Projects Ltd. It’s not a huge setup here, but we keep busy with the daily work. Sometimes the traffic outside gets really loud, but we just keep going. People stop by asking about building projects and what we have going on. We try to explain things clearly without making it too complicated. It’s mostly about getting the paperwork right and making sure the sites are moving along. Bangalore has changed a lot since we started, and Madivala feels even more crowded than it used to be. We have a small desk where we handle most of the inquiries. It gets a bit dusty with all the construction nearby, but that’s just how it is. We aren't trying to be the biggest office on the block, just a place where you can find someone to talk to about the projects we’re managing. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we know the local streets well. If you are looking for us, we are right here in the mix of things. It’s a practical space. Nothing fancy, just a few chairs and some files stacked up. We usually have tea in the afternoon and talk about what needs to be finished before the week ends. That's pretty much us. We have a small parking spot for a bike, too.
