Puravankara Projects Ltd

We are located in Kumaraswamy Layout, over at No. 2168 on the 13th Main in II Stage. It’s a solid part of Bangalore-78. Our office is a simple setup where we handle the various project requirements for Puravankara Projects Ltd. It’s not a place with shiny marble floors or big receptionists. It’s just us, working at our desks and trying to keep everything organized. We’ve been in this layout for quite a while, so we know the neighborhood pretty well. The 13th Main can be a bit quiet compared to the main roads, which we actually like. It makes it easier to concentrate on the documents and plans we have to go through every day. We don't have any scripted speeches or fancy brochures to hand out. If you come in, we just talk to you like a neighbor. We’ve got a small team here, and most of us have been doing this for a long time. There’s a lot of paper around because we still like to keep physical records of things. It’s just how we operate. Sometimes the office feels a bit cramped when we have a lot of visitors, but we make it work. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the flashiest office in town. We just want to do our jobs properly and help people understand what’s going on with their projects. It’s a very down-to-earth place where the focus is just on getting things done correctly.
