We’re located over in BTM Layout, specifically at BTM 1st Stage. Our office is at 121, 27th Main, on the 4th Cross. It’s in a building called Manjunath Nilaya. If you know BTM, you know it’s a very lively area with lots of students and families. Our setup is quite simple. We aren't a big, fancy department; we’re just a group of people working on various project tasks for Puravankara Projects Ltd. The office has a very local feel to it. We don't have any of those corporate slogans on the walls. It’s mostly just maps, schedules, and a lot of notebooks. We spend our mornings checking on things and our afternoons meeting with folks. The 27th Main road gets quite busy, so we usually hear the sounds of the street all day. It’s actually quite nice to feel connected to the city like that. We handle everything from here, from basic inquiries to more detailed project coordination. It’s just a regular workplace. We don’t try to sound like anything we aren’t. Most of the people working here have been with the company for a good while, so we know how things work. It’s an honest, busy environment. We’re usually in there from morning until evening, just keeping the wheels turning and making sure the work gets done properly.
