You can find us on the 1st Floor over on New B.E.L Road. It’s the RMV 2nd Stage area, specifically 3rd Block. It’s a pretty well-known part of Bangalore-54. Our office is inside the building marked Avinash Kumar 03. It isn't a massive corporate headquarters, just a functional space where we handle the day-to-day operations for Puravankara Projects Ltd. We’ve got a small team here. Most of us live nearby or take the bus to work. New B.E.L Road is always moving, so there’s plenty of life around us. We aren't interested in using big words to describe what we do. We just work on projects, handle the necessary files, and talk to people who come by. It’s a very hands-on environment. The office itself is pretty plain. We have the usual stuff like computers, a coffee machine that works most of the time, and stacks of paper. It’s a bit lived-in, which we think is better than those cold, modern offices. We’ve been in this RMV 2nd Stage spot for a while now. Dealing with local projects keeps us busy. We don't have a script for how we talk to customers; we just speak normally. If someone needs something, we look it up and give them an answer. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. No bells and whistles, just the team doing their bit in this corner of Bangalore.
