Puravankara Projects Ltd

We are based in Vidyaranyapura, at building 289/4 in the HMT Layout. Specifically, we are on the 6th Cross in the 2nd Block. This is our local spot for Puravankara Projects Ltd in Bangalore-97. The HMT Layout is a pretty established part of the city, and it has a very specific feel to it. Our office is a straightforward space where we handle the technical and administrative side of the projects. We don't have any fancy bells or whistles here. It’s just a place with desks, some chairs, and plenty of coffee to keep us going. We spend most of our day looking at drawings or talking to the guys out in the field. Since we are in a layout, it’s mostly residential around us, so it stays relatively quiet during the working hours. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know who we are. We don't do any big marketing or have flashy posters in the windows. It’s just a work environment for a small crew. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of people over for a meeting, but we make it work. Most of the time it’s just the regulars here, clicking away on keyboards and sorting out the logistics. It’s a practical location for this side of Bangalore, and it serves us well for what we need to do. There is always a lot to handle, but we take it one day at a time here.
