You can find us at 154/3 on the 50 Feet Road in Nagendra Block. We are right opposite the Ayyappa Temple in Banashankari 3rd Stage. It’s a well-known area in Bangalore-50. We operate as part of Puravankara Projects Ltd from this location. Being on a main road like 50 Feet Road means there’s always a lot of movement outside. We can hear the traffic and the people going to the temple all day long. The office is tucked into the building there, and we’ve been using it to manage our local tasks for quite a while. It’s not a corporate headquarters with a lobby and security guards. It’s more of a walk-in kind of place where we keep all our project binders and site plans. We have a small team here, just enough people to handle the daily paperwork and answer the phones. Sometimes we meet here to discuss the next steps for a project before heading out to the actual site. It’s a good middle ground for us. We know the area well and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. The temple across the street is a good reference point for anyone trying to find us. We just focus on our daily tasks and try to stay organized amidst all the papers and folders we have lying around. It keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday, and that's how we like to have things run.
