Puravankara Projects Ltd. Bangalore

We are over here in Viratnagar, right on the first floor of this building on 9th Main. It’s a busy spot in Bommanalli. Mostly, we just spend our time dealing with all the project paperwork and meeting people who come by to talk about their plans. The traffic outside is always a bit much, especially around 21st Cross, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren't a big fancy operation with a glass front; it’s just a regular office space where we get things done. Sometimes the stairs are a bit narrow when we have a lot of files to carry up. Puravankara Projects has been in Bangalore for a while, and this branch handles the local stuff around here. We usually start early and stay until the work is finished for the day. It’s not always glamorous, mostly just calls and making sure the sites are moving along like they should be. If you find the Viratnagar park, we aren't too far from there. We’ve been at this address for a bit now, and the neighbors are alright. We don't really do much in the way of advertising, we just focus on the building side of things. It gets pretty loud when the buses go past on the main road, but that's just Bangalore for you. We just try to keep things organized and keep the projects on track. It’s a lot of coordination between the guys on site and the office here.
