Puravankara Projects Limited

Our office is located in Lakshmi Layout, Munnekolal, which is part of the Marathahalli area. We’re at number 283 on 6th Cross, in a space shared with Narayana Swamy. Marathahalli is always buzzing with people and traffic, but Lakshmi Layout is a bit more residential and slightly quieter. The office is a simple room with a couple of tables and some basic office chairs. It’s not a large space, but it’s enough for what we do for Puravankara Projects Limited. We spend our days tracking project schedules and talking to the site teams. Sometimes the power goes out, so we have to wait a bit or use our phone hotspots. It’s just part of working in this part of town. We have a water dispenser and a small cupboard for our files. It’s a very low-key operation. We know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers. Most of the time, it’s just two or three of us in the office. We try to keep the place tidy, but with all the site visits, there’s usually some mud tracked in. It’s an honest, hard-working atmosphere without any of the corporate polish you might see downtown. We like being close to the project sites in the eastern part of the city. It makes it easier to get things sorted quickly when issues come up. It's a bit of a squeeze when everyone is in at once, but we make it work.
