You can find us over in Konankunte, specifically at 902 on the ground floor of Water Tank Road. We’re right near Shalmon Church in the New Bank Colony area. It’s a nice enough neighborhood, a bit tucked away from the main highway noise. Being on the ground floor is convenient for people dropping off documents or coming in for meetings. We have a few rooms converted into office spaces. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but they’re fine for now. We deal with various Puravankara Projects Limited tasks here. There’s always the sound of traffic from Water Tank Road, but it becomes background noise after a while. We have a small staff, and we usually keep the front door open for some breeze. Our desks are usually covered in blueprints and site reports. It’s a very hands-on environment. We don't have a receptionist, so whoever is closest to the door usually says hello. There’s a bakery down the street where we get snacks in the evening. It’s an unpretentious place. We just focus on getting through the paperwork and answering the phone calls that come in throughout the day. It’s the kind of office where everyone chips in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s filing or fixing the printer when it jams. The neighbors are mostly families, so it stays fairly quiet during the work hours, which helps us get things finished on time.
