Puravankara Projects Limited

We are set up at 1327 on the 5th Cross of 4th Main Road. This part of Bangalore, around the 560 040 area, is pretty lively. Our office is a straightforward place where we handle Puravankara Projects Limited business. It’s a standalone building with a few floors, and we occupy a part of it. The street outside is usually lined with parked scooters and cars. Inside, it’s a bit of a maze of desks and filing cabinets. We don't go in for much decoration. There are some old calendars on the walls and maybe a few project charts. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea and heat up our lunch. It’s a mix of people working here, some have been with the company for years and others are new. We try to stay organized, though some days are more chaotic than others when several deadlines hit at once. The windows look out onto the street, so we see the daily goings-on of the neighborhood. It’s a solid, practical place to work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor; we just need a place to sit and coordinate our projects. Most of our visitors are vendors or people we’ve worked with for a long time. It feels like a typical local office where things actually get done. We close up around 6:30 and the commute home can be quite a struggle.
