Puravankara Group

We are based out of Flat No. 10 in Ramamurthy Nagar. It's an apartment-style setup on the 2nd Cross in Sir M. V. Nagar. Working out of a flat makes things feel a bit more relaxed than a big glass building. We have been in this part of Bangalore for a while now. The Kalkere Main Road gets pretty busy during rush hour, so getting to the office can be a bit of a crawl sometimes. Inside, it's just a regular workspace with some computers and a lot of binders. We deal with various Puravankara Group matters from here. It’s mostly just us sitting around the table going through plans and talking to contractors. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing in the hallway, which adds some life to the place. We keep the kettle going for tea throughout the afternoon. It isn't a high-pressure corporate environment, just a small group of us getting through the to-do list. The 2nd Block is a decent area, fairly quiet once you get off the main road. We’ve got a routine that works for us. Usually, we're here until the evening. If the door is open, someone is working. We don't have a big reception area or anything, just a doorbell and a small space to sit. It’s practical and gets the job done. We like being tucked away in a residential spot like this. It keeps things grounded and simple for the team.
