We are over at Is-40 in the KHB Industrial Area, which is part of Yelahanka New Town. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city center, but we like it here because there is more space for what we do. Our focus is on animal nutrition, so we spend a lot of time thinking about what animals need to stay healthy. The industrial area is quite spread out and you can see a lot of different businesses around us. It gets pretty dusty when the wind picks up, especially with all the construction that always seems to be happening nearby. We don’t have a big corporate feel at all. Our office and work floor are practical and built for getting work done. Most of the staff have been around for a long time, so we all know each other’s names and how we like our coffee. We deal with various nutritional mixes and supplements every day. It’s a lot of weighing things out and making sure the bags are sealed properly before they go out. The mornings are usually our busiest time when the transport arrives. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations or big meetings. Most of our day is spent on the floor or handling the logistics of getting animal feed to where it needs to go. It’s just how we operate, keeping things straightforward and moving along without too much fuss.
