PROTROL PROCESS CONTROL PRIVATE LTD

Our office is at No. 15 in Varma Layout, which is part of Bhuvaneshwari Nagar near H.A. Farm. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot on the 5th Cross. If you aren't looking for it, you might drive right past because it looks like a regular house from the outside. We like it that way; it’s a quiet neighborhood with a lot of trees around. We handle process control systems here at PROTROL. It’s mostly technical work, so you’ll see a lot of people sitting at benches with soldering irons or staring at computer screens. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We’re just a small group that’s been working together for a long time. The office has that lived-in feel, with old technical manuals on the shelves and a coffee pot that is always running. We spend our mornings going through emails and our afternoons testing out the controllers we’ve built. There’s a nice park nearby where some of us go for a walk when we need to clear our heads. We don't have a big HR department or fancy dress codes. Most of us wear jeans and t-shirts to work. We just care about making sure the instruments we send out are working correctly. It’s a good, steady pace of work here in Bangalore. We’ve been in this layout for years and we don’t really see ourselves moving anytime soon.
