You can find us at Proteck Machinery Pvt. Ltd., which is on the first floor of the Disha Complex. We are in the Ideal Homes Township area, right on the 12th Cross along the Loop Road in R R Nagar. It’s a bit of a long address to write down, but once you get here, it’s easy enough to find. The office is usually pretty busy with people calling about different machine parts or asking for technical help. We have a lot of manuals and spare parts stacked up in the back rooms. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. Being in R R Nagar is convenient for us because of the local traffic and the way the township is laid out. I spend a lot of my time on the phone or looking at spec sheets on the computer. Sometimes the elevator in Disha Complex acts up, so we take the stairs to the first floor. It’s just part of the daily routine. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We just deal with machinery and the people who use it. There’s always a bit of tea going in the morning to get us started. It’s a solid place to work, even if the Loop Road gets jammed during rush hour. We just focus on getting the orders out and helping whoever walks through the door at 289/A66. It’s just how we run things here.
