Out on Tumkur Road, near the 8th Mile mark, you’ll find Shibra Farms. That is where Promptec Renewable Energy Solution Pvt. Ltd. is based. We’re tucked away on Nagasandra Main Road. It’s a bit of a trek from the city center, but having the extra space out here is good for what we do with solar and energy stuff. We have a lot of gear that takes up room, so being at the farm makes sense for us. The air is a bit clearer out here too, which is a nice change. We spend our days looking at panels, batteries, and all sorts of renewable tech. It’s a lot of manual work, moving things around and checking connections under the sun. We aren't the type to sit in meetings all day. Usually, we are out back or in the shed trying to get things sorted. Sometimes the rain slows us down, especially if we’re working outside, but we just find something else to do until it clears up. It’s a practical way of working. Most of us have been interested in energy for a long time, so it doesn't really feel like a chore. There’s a stray dog that hangs around the gate, and we usually give him some scraps from our lunch. We don't have a big corporate cafeteria, just a small stove where someone is usually making tea. The farm setting means we have to deal with a few more bugs than an office in the city, but you get used to it.
