We are Promax Management and we operate right out of Bangalore, Karnataka. Living and working in this city means we are used to the constant buzz and the famous traffic jams that everyone talks about. Our work involves a lot of management tasks and helping businesses keep their operations running smoothly. We don't have a massive office in a tech park; we prefer a more modest setup where we can actually talk to each other without using an intercom. Most of the team grew up around here, so we know all the good spots for lunch that aren't overpriced. We like the local food. The work can be a bit repetitive sometimes, looking at schedules and budgets all day, but we’ve got a good rhythm going. We don't put out a lot of advertisements. Usually, people just know us from previous projects or through friends. Bangalore is a fast-paced place, and we try to keep up without losing our minds. It's common for us to stay a bit late to finish up a project, but we don't mind it much. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India. We just want to do our part and make sure the projects we handle are sorted out. It’s practical work for practical people. We like being part of the local scene here in Karnataka and seeing how the city changes every year. It keeps us on our toes while we manage the different tasks on our plates. We stay focused.
