Project Traniee

We set up Project Traniee here in Sawai Madhopur, right at 27, Adresh Nager 'A' Bagicha. It is a quiet spot in Rajasthan, mostly just houses and a few trees nearby. We aren't doing anything flashy here, just working out of this space every day. It started because we saw a need for people to get some practical experience. Sometimes the room gets a bit crowded when everyone shows up at once, but we manage to find a chair for everyone. The street outside is usually dusty. You can hear the neighborhood sounds through the windows while we work. We don't have a big team or fancy office chairs. It is just a handful of us trying to make things work. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just staring at screens. Sometimes we go out to grab tea from the stall around the corner when the afternoon slump hits. The address is easy to find if you know the Bagicha area well. We’ve had people come from all over the district. We don’t really have a set routine, things just happen as they come. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until the sun goes down. Most days are pretty long. We keep our tools and books piled up on the side tables. It is a bit disorganized if I am being honest. But that is how we like it. No one is putting on an act here. Just people helping people. We even have an old cat that hangs around the porch. It’s just home for us.
