Project Manager Services With M/S Aec

Our office is on the first floor at 969, 10 B Main, right in the 4th E Block of Rajajinagar. It’s a solid old neighborhood in Bangalore. I work here providing project manager services for AEC. The space is pretty basic, just a few chairs and some filing cabinets. I spend most of my mornings answering emails and looking at project schedules. Rajajinagar has a lot of character, and I like being based here instead of some generic business park. The street outside can get a bit loud during the day, but you get used to it. My job isn't about fancy presentations. It’s about making sure the contractors are doing what they said they would do. I’ve been in this industry for years, so I’ve seen just about every mistake you can make on a job site. I try to catch those before they happen. People come by the office to drop off documents or just to chat about the next phase of a project. I keep a stack of drawings on the side table. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If you knock, I’ll just get up and open the door. It’s a straightforward way to run things. I handle the logistics and the boring stuff so the builders can actually build. Sometimes the days are long, but that’s project work for you. Anyway, it keeps me busy.
