Priya Krishnan Designs

Over at 29/116 Hennur Road, specifically in the 2nd Flash 2 area, is where we do our design work. Priya Krishnan Designs isn't a huge corporate studio; it’s more of a personal space where we get to be creative. The light comes in through the windows in the afternoon and that’s usually when the best work happens. We have rolls of paper, samples of different materials, and plenty of pens scattered across the tables. It can look a bit messy to an outsider, but there is a system to the clutter. Hennur Road is always changing, with new buildings going up all the time, but our little corner feels fairly consistent. We spend a lot of time sketching out ideas and talking through how things should look and feel. It’s not just about making things pretty; it’s about making them work for whoever is going to use them. We don’t have a receptionist or a big lobby. Usually, if someone comes by, they just find us at our desks working on a layout or a pattern. It’s a quiet kind of work most of the time, punctuated by the sounds of the street outside. We just like what we do and we’ve been doing it here for a while now without much fuss.
