Our spot in Kasturi Nagar is situated in the Ombr Layout area of Banasawadi in Bangalore. It’s a part of the city that has grown a lot, but our street still has a bit of a calm feel to it. The office is where we manage the business for Prism Surface Coatings. It’s a functional space, mostly set up for handling the technical and sales paperwork that comes with industrial coatings. We have some samples lying around on the shelves, but it's not a showroom or anything like that. The floors are plain, and the furniture is the kind that has been around for a while and seen better days. We have a small pantry where we make coffee, which is pretty much essential for us to get through the morning. Most of the time, the team is busy coordinating orders or talking to people at the factory sites. We don't have a big fancy sign outside, just a small one so people know they’ve reached the right place. The parking can be a bit tight on the street, so we usually tell people to come early if they are driving. It’s a working office, not a corporate lounge. We deal with real-world problems and try to keep the business moving as smoothly as we can. It’s just a group of people working together in a standard office setting, making sure the orders are processed correctly and the customers get what they need without any extra delays.
