We’ve been set up at 135/2 on Sampige Road for years. It’s right near the 11th Cross in Malleshwaram. This is a busy part of town and we like being right in the middle of it. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us here giving advice on building and planning. We spend a lot of time looking at drawings and checking regulations. It’s mostly paperwork and talking to the local authorities. We don't have a fancy waiting room with expensive chairs. It’s just an old office with a lot of files. We’ve helped a lot of local folks get their projects started. We don't use a lot of jargon or try to sound smarter than we are. If something won't work, we just say so. We’ve learned that being direct saves everyone a lot of time. The traffic on Sampige Road can be a nightmare, but we’re used to it by now. We usually go for a walk during lunch to get some fresh air. We don't do much in the way of advertising. People find us because their friends told them we were helpful. We just try to make the process a bit easier for people who aren't used to all the rules. It’s steady work and we enjoy being part of the community here. It’s nice to see projects we helped with finally get finished.
