Printmax Grafics Pvt Ltd is on the ground floor of building number 277 in Domlur. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just walk in when they need something. The shop always smells like fresh ink and warm paper because the machines are running most of the day. It’s a bit cramped in here with all the boxes of paper and the big printing units taking up most of the floor space. We have a small counter where we talk to people about what they want printed. Domlur is a busy area, so there is always someone coming in or a delivery bike parked out front. The walls are covered with old samples and some calendars that are a few years out of date. We don’t really mind the mess because it shows we are busy. Sometimes the noise from the machines makes it hard to hear the phone, so we have to shout a little. We have been here for a while and the people in the nearby shops are all friends of ours. It’s a straightforward business where we just take the orders and get them out as fast as we can. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy words for us. We just know how to run the presses and make sure the colors look right for everyone who walks through the door.
