Primier Builders & Developers

The Primier Builders & Developers office is situated at 286 Commercial Street, inside the Commercial Plaza on the 47th Cross. Being in the 8th Block means we deal with a lot of noise and people walking by all the time. Commercial Street is always packed, so we hear the sounds of the market from our desks. We spend our days looking at maps and talking to contractors on the phone. There are always rolls of drawings leaning against the walls and bits of cement dust that somehow find their way into the office. We are a small group of people who just like to build things. We don't have any polished sales pitches or anything like that. Usually, we are just trying to make sure the supplies get to the site on time. The office is a bit cramped because we have so many files from over the years. We’ve been in this plaza for a while and the security guards know us by name. Lunch usually comes from one of the stalls on the street. It’s a busy life, and there is always some problem to solve, like a delayed truck or a missing permit. We just show up every morning and do the work that needs doing. It’s not always pretty, but we get the buildings up eventually. We just like being part of the noise here and getting things finished as best as we can.
