Prime Tools

Prime Tools is located at 16 Kamakshi Palya on the 1st Main Road. It’s a bit tucked away, specifically behind the old check post road, so people sometimes have a hard time finding us the first time they visit. Once you get here, you’ll see we have a lot of different tools stacked up on metal shelves. It’s a heavy, metallic environment and the air often smells like grease and cold steel. We spend a lot of our time moving heavy boxes and helping people find exactly the right wrench or drill bit they need for their own work. The floor is concrete and has a few cracks in it from years of dropping heavy items. We don't have any marketing people or a fancy website. It’s just us in the shop, handling the inventory and dealing with customers who come by. Kamakshi Palya is a hardworking area and we fit right in with the other shops and small factories nearby. The sun gets really bright in the mornings and hits the front of the shop, making it quite warm until the afternoon shadows kick in. We don't make any grand claims about what we do. We just sell tools and try to keep everything in stock so people don't leave empty-handed. It’s a simple business, built on long days and a lot of manual labor, and that is just fine with us.
