Prerana Constructions

Our office is over at No.3/14/1 Nageshwara Nilaya, right on 22nd Main in JP Nagar 5th Phase. If you know the area, we are just across from the Mahaveer Creek apartments. It’s a busy corner of the neighborhood with plenty of people moving about. We’ve been handling construction work around here for a while. It’s mostly just getting out there on the sites, making sure the bricks are laid right and the cement is mixed properly. We spend a lot of our time dealing with suppliers and making sure the materials show up when they are supposed to, though that doesn’t always happen like it should. The office in Nageshwara Nilaya is where we do all the planning and the boring stuff like bills and permits. It gets a bit cramped when the whole team is in there at once, but we manage. JP Nagar has changed a lot since we started, with so many new buildings going up everywhere you look. We just keep our heads down and focus on the project at hand. We aren’t a huge company with a lot of fancy cars or big talk. We just know how to build things and we’ve been doing it long enough to know the local rhythms. It can be a bit loud outside with the traffic on 19th Cross, but once you step inside, it’s mostly just the sound of us trying to stay organized.
