Premier Builders Goa

It is a bit of a funny situation because our name is Premier Builders Goa, but our office is actually located in Bangalore. We are based out of the 8th Mile area, specifically in the Aspen Garden Apartments at Flat No-3L on Tumkur Road. It is a bit of a drive if you are coming from the middle of the city, but this part of town is growing really fast lately. We handle all the building and construction planning from this office. Usually, you will find maps and blueprints spread out over every available table. We spend a lot of our time on the phone talking to site managers or checking in with the material suppliers. Since we are based in an apartment complex, it feels more like a home than a corporate office, which suits us just fine. People drop by sometimes to talk about their house plans or to see how the drawings are coming along. Tumkur Road is always noisy with traffic, so there is a constant sound of engines in the background while we work. We only have a few people on the team, but we know the construction business inside and out. We focus on the structural details and making sure the work on the ground matches what we planned. Sometimes things get delayed by the rain or permit issues, but we just try to be honest about the timing. It is a small operation, but we stay busy.
