Premier Agencies is tucked away at Mavalli Rama Rao Lane 29. It’s an old neighborhood with a lot of history and very narrow roads. We have been working out of this location for a long time, and we have seen the area grow and change around us. Our office is quite simple, with a couple of desks and a lot of paper files stacked up. We act as an agency for various goods, mostly handling the distribution side of things. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking ledgers to make sure everything is going where it needs to go. Rama Rao Lane can be a tough place for deliveries because it's so tight, so we’ve become experts at timing when the trucks should arrive. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who have been doing this for years. We know the local shopkeepers by name and often stop for a quick tea with them during the day. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when multiple shipments arrive at once, but we eventually sort it out. We don't have a website or a big social media presence. Most of our business comes from people we have known for decades. It is a quiet, steady way of doing things. We just show up every morning at number 29 and get through the day’s paperwork as best as we can.
