Precision Staffers

Our office is in Sama Towers on Church Street, right above the Brown Tree showroom. Church Street is one of the most famous roads in Bangalore, so there is always something going on outside our windows. We are up in the building, which gives us a bit of distance from the noise of the crowds on the pavement below. Precision Staffers is basically a small team of people who spend the day on the phone and on their computers. We do staffing work, which means we are always looking through resumes or talking to people about jobs. It isn't a glamorous job, but it is necessary. The office is functional, with plenty of files and a few coffee mugs lying around. We’ve been here for a while and we like the location because it’s easy for people to find us. You just look for the Brown Tree and head upstairs. We don't have any polished corporate brochures. Most of our day is just spent dealing with the practical side of hiring. Some days are really busy with interviews, and other days are just about catching up on emails. It’s a straightforward environment without any of that fancy business talk. We just focus on the people we are trying to help and the tasks at hand. It’s a busy life on Church Street, but we like being in the middle of it all. There is always a lot of walking involved if you want a tea.
