Our office is at 41 Darshna Krupa, over on 12th Cross, 17th Main in Ideal Homes. That’s in the RR Nagar area of Bangalore. Pratham Land Masters Pvt Ltd has been based here for a bit. It’s a residential-feeling spot which is nice because it’s not as loud as the city center. We spend our days looking at maps and dealing with property details. It can be a lot of back and forth, but we stay on top of it. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. Our office looks like a place where people actually work. There might be a stray coffee mug or a stack of papers on the desk. We just tell it like it is when people ask us questions. RR Nagar is a good place to be. We’ve got some good spots for lunch nearby. The 12th Cross can be a little tricky to find if you aren't looking closely, but once you find Ideal Homes, you're basically there. We’ve been working in the land business for a while. It’s about knowing the area and talking to people. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that hanging on the wall.
