We’ve been here at Pranava Health Centre For Holistic Healing And Rejuvenation for a while now. It’s a quiet spot in Hanumantha Nagar, right on 3rd Main. Most people know the Canara Bank nearby, so finding us isn't too hard once you get to that corner. We spend our days focusing on different ways to help folks feel better through rejuvenation and holistic methods. It’s not a fancy place or anything, just a practical space where we work with people who want to improve their health. The building is at No.33/1. Sometimes the traffic on the main road gets a bit loud, but once you step inside, it’s a lot more peaceful. We started this because we saw a lot of neighbors struggling with stress and physical issues. We don't have a big corporate team; it's just us doing what we know. People come in from all over Bangalore, but we mostly see the local crowd from around the 560019 area. We try to keep things simple. If you're walking past the bank, you can't miss the turn. We usually have the doors open by morning. There’s no huge secret to what we do here, we just use traditional ideas to help bodies recover. It's a job we enjoy, seeing someone leave looking a bit more relaxed than when they walked in. The space is kept clean and we try to make sure everyone feels welcome without making it a big deal. It’s just how we run things.
