Prakriti Ayur Care

We are over at Number 1, Papanna Layout, on the 2nd Main in Horamavu. If you know the area, we are directly opposite the State Bank of Travancore. It is a nice little corner of Bangalore. Our place, Prakriti Ayur Care, is all about traditional Ayurvedic treatments. When you walk in, you can usually smell the oils and herbs we use for the therapies. It is a quiet building, which is good because the treatments require a bit of peace. We have a few rooms set up for the massages and consultations. It is not like those high-end spas you see in malls; it is more of a traditional setup. We have been here in Horamavu for a while and the neighbors know us. The 2nd Main is usually busy with people going to the bank or the local shops, but our gate keeps it a bit private. We spend our time preparing the various herbal mixes and talking to people about their aches and pains. It is a slow-paced kind of work compared to the rest of the city. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just open the doors in the morning and wait for our regulars to show up. It is a simple, honest way to run a business. If you’re coming from the main road, the bank is the best landmark to look for. We keep things pretty low-key and just focus on the treatments.
